INITIAL CONSULTATION
We meet at the site to understand your goals, budget and timeline. We'll answer questions you may have early on in the process.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Code analysis, and preliminary drawings to explore different design options.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Selection of structural, mechanical, electrical systems, and coordination with consultants.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Detailed drawings for permitting, pricing, and construction.

PERMIT COORDINATION / AGENCY APPROVAL
Coordination with local jurisdictions and required agencies to move your project forward into construction.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Regular site visits during construction, making sure that the project is being built according to the design intent. This also includes responding to requests for information (RFI's) and reviewing product submittals.
